Our Process
When a superior finish is required we use a 16 stage process, which involves cutting the surface of the concrete to the required stone exposure, grouting to fill any small holes in the concrete and hardening the concrete using both lithium and potassium based densifiers.
The slab is then refined to the desired gloss level whether it be matte, satin or high gloss using a series of diamond tooling on a grinder and finished off with a stain repellent enhancer and a final buff.
